Payment Methods

KPM Coins is a division of Pinehurst Coin Exchange, Inc. (PCE)

PCE offers a wide variety of payment methods to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read the following options below and follow the guidelines provided to ensure the timely processing of your order.

Credit card- We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. To protect our customers all credit card orders can only be shipped to the address that appears on the credit card statement.

Personal check, Money Order or Cashier's check- Make checks payable to Pinehurst Coin Exchange, Inc. and include a copy of the invoice with your payment. This method of payment may delay the processing of your order for up to ten days, while awaiting funds to clear.

PayPal- Is for customers who have a confirmed address with PayPal; payment will not be accepted if address is not confirmed.

Orders by phone- Phone orders can be placed during normal business hours (M-F 10am to 5pm ET). Please call 1-866-571-8945 or 910-687-0244 to place your order.

Orders by fax- Fax a copy of your invoice along with credit card information to 910-687-0340, Attention Customer Service. Please include the following credit card information: type of card, name as it appears on card, credit card number with expiration date and card security code. To protect our customers all credit card orders can only be shipped to the address that appears on the credit card statement.
