At K's Precious Metals customer satisfaction is our number one concern. For that reason, we offer a return and/or exchange policy on everything we sell except for bullion items. Due to the volatile nature of the bullion market all platinum, gold and silver bullion sales are final.  The return policy remains in effect for 3-days from the date the customer receives the item(s) provided that all items remain in their original packaging and you notify K's Precious Metals via phone within the 3-day period.  Coins removed from original packaging cannot be returned.  Note that Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded.
